Maurice Leahy is the Principal Solicitor in our firm and has been in general practice for 30 years. During this time he has worked in all areas ofproperty lawand incontentious litigation in the District, Circuit and High Court. He has defended clients in theDistrict Courtsince 1982 and has undertakeninsolvency related worksince 1992.

He was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 1993.
Anne Cunningham joined the firm as a consultant in 2004 specialising in the areas ofWills, Probate and Administration of Estates. She is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner and has over thirty years experience as a solicitor.
Anne tutors and is an examiner in her specialist area of expertise in the Professional Practice Courses administered by the Law Society of Ireland. She holds a certificate in Legal Education and also facilitates workshops in legal skills.
Hilary O'Connor joined our firm in 2008 after three years in general practice in County Mayo. She has recently been awarded a Diploma in Employment Law. Hilary represents clients in the areas ofpersonal injury, employment lawand family law.
Hilary has been on the panel of the Free Legal Advice Centres for the last four years.
Jennifer Whyte is a legal executive with over ten years experience inpersonal injuryandlitigation. Working as a team, Jennifer and Hilary ensure proper and professional attention is given to all ourpersonal injury cases. They both work closely with counsel, doctors, other experts and the courts service to ensure progress and the best possible result for our clients.
